Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your PlayFab account and associated game data.
Before you continue:
Account deletion is permanent. You will lose cloud progress, inventory, virtual currency, VIP state, rankings, rewards, and other account-linked game data. Purchased consumable items and used entitlements cannot be restored.
How to request deletion
- Use the button below to email as8454550@gmail.com.
- Include the email linked to your account or your PlayFab ID, plus your player display name if available.
- We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize associated account and gameplay data unless a limited record must be retained for legal, purchase, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
What may be retained
Transaction, chargeback, security, anti-fraud, and legally required records may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary. Information in backups may remain for a limited period until backups are overwritten.
