Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Abest Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes information when you use Defence Tower: Idle TD Strategy (the “Game”). By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described here. The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

2. Information we process

• Account information: PlayFab player ID, display name, username, linked email address, authentication status, and account recovery information. Password authentication is handled by PlayFab; we do not receive your plaintext password.
• Game and profile data: progress, levels, heroes, cards, inventory, virtual currencies, VIP status, rewards, achievements, rankings, settings, inbox state, and other gameplay records.
• Purchase information: product ID, transaction ID, purchase token or receipt, validation result, and entitlement status. Payment card details are handled by Google Play and are not provided to us.
• Advertising and analytics data: advertising identifier, device and app information, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, consent choices, ad impressions and interactions, attribution data, and game events such as app launch, tutorial completion, level progress, and validated purchases.
• Technical and local data: language, app version, operating system, device model, network status, error information, and save data stored locally on your device.
• Support communications: your email address and the content of messages you send to us.

3. How we use information

We process information to:

• create, authenticate, recover, and secure player accounts;
• save and synchronize progress and provide gameplay features;
• validate purchases and deliver virtual items or benefits;
• show rewarded ads and apply your advertising consent choices;
• measure performance, understand game usage, and improve the Game;
• measure marketing campaigns and prevent duplicate or fraudulent events;
• detect abuse, protect players, and enforce our rules; and
• respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.

4. Service providers

We share information only as needed with service providers that operate parts of the Game:

• Microsoft PlayFab for accounts, cloud saves, economy, leaderboards, purchases, and server-side game operations. Microsoft Privacy
• Google for AdMob advertising, consent management, Google Play Billing, fraud prevention, and related measurement. Google Privacy
• Meta for app event measurement and marketing attribution. Meta Privacy
• TikTok for app event measurement and marketing attribution. TikTok Privacy
• Unity components used to operate in-app purchasing and the Game runtime. Unity Privacy

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell player account information for money.

5. Advertising and consent

The Game uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertising. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required, the Game requests your consent before requesting ads. You can revisit eligible privacy choices through the Game’s privacy settings. Ad providers may use identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and gameplay information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Game. Purchase, security, anti-fraud, and legal records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the Game. Local save data remains on your device until it is cleared or the Game is removed.

You may request account deletion at any time through our account deletion page. After identity verification, we will delete or anonymize data associated with the account unless retention is legally required. Some backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

7. Children’s privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required. Age thresholds may be higher in some countries.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also reset or limit the Android advertising identifier through device settings and manage eligible advertising consent choices in the Game.

9. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Game, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
